i'm a first-generation dominican-american multi-hyphenate creative passionate about building spaces that foster soul-centered conversations and a sense of belonging. since 2017 i’ve been the host/producer of the Chats with Cat podcast, a show dedicated to documents journey’s of self-actualization and overcoming fear.

in 2023, I launched a YouTube channel where I offer free guided journaling sessions and talk from the heart about what life is like as I navigate pursuing my dreams and bouncing back from divorce.

in 2024, my debut book will make it’s way out of my archive and into the world (more on this later!).
